Individual Therapy

I’m here to offer you a little piece of casita in our therapy sessions.

I specialize in providing individual therapy with a big heart and a trauma-informed approach, specially crafted for first-gen Latine professionals. I am also a dedicated ally to the LGBTQ+ community and individuals within the undocumented/DACAmented communities.

Our journey together is all about teamwork, incorporating values to find solutions, all to empower you to find your unique path, tackle life’s ups and downs, and create meaningful change in a cozy, supportive setting. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy through a culturally informed lens, ensuring that your unique cultural background and experiences are deeply respected and understood.

Please be aware that my therapy services are limited to clients residing in the state of California. All services are provided exclusively online/telehealth to accommodate your needs in a flexible and secure manner.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
